We offer half-day (4h), half-day extended (6h) and full-day (8h) charters.
Depending on the activities that you want to do, we can suggest a duration.
3. Can I bring my own food and beverages on board?
Yes. You can bring any food or drink that you would like to consume onboard.
4. Are there any age restrictions for passengers?
There is no age restrictions, we offer activities suitable for all family members. In case there is certain activity with a level of danger, our crew will make sure to inform it in advance.
5. Do you provide a captain and crew?
Yes, all our charters include a professional captain and crew who are experienced in navigating the waters and ensuring your safety and enjoyment.
6. Can I customize the itinerary or activities during the charter?
Absolutely! We offer customizable itineraries and activities to cater to your preferences. Let us know your specific requirements, and we will work with you to create a personalized experience.
7. What happens in case of bad weather conditions?
Safety is our top priority. In the event of inclement weather and Port closing, we will provide alternative options or reschedule if possible.
However, in case of rain, we will take you to the areas in the bay that look clearer, and you can do your charter completely dry in our big cockpit area.
8. Are there any additional fees or charges besides the charter price?
Our prices are always final, there is no additional port or diesel fees.
9. What is your cancellation policy?
In case of Port closing for mayor inconvenience. Full refund.
Prior the day of the charter:
30 days to 16 days – 100% refund.
15 days to 8 days – change of date applicable, 50% refund.
7 days – Deposit lost, no changes applicable.
10. Can I bring pets on board?
Policies regarding pets vary depending on the boat and the size of the pet. Please inquire about our pet policy when making a booking.
